Pittsburgh Flash Fiction Gazette

Well, right now I’m in Hemingway’s in Oakland in Pittsburgh having a $1.50 glass of beer, Blue Moon.  It’s about 2pm.  There are few people in the place.  So far, since I left my apartment I’ve picked up a City Paper and a Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, had a new wrist ban put on my watch and searched out and found this great bargain for a small notepad: it’s a small book with a hard cover and lined pages.  It will be my official portable notepad from now on.  It cost $1.00.

Now maybe I’ll have one or two Blue Moons, glance over my papers and then catch a bus to downtown Pittsburgh to scope out the building that my job interview is at tomorrow at 2pm.
