Bloomfield is Pittsburgh’s “Little Italy”. It’s about a twenty minute walk from my apartment (or a two minute bus ride). I do my food shopping at the Shur Save supermarket in Bloomfield because it’s the cheapest place around. Although today I’m just picking up bleach, mouth wash and stuff like that.
This would be a good time for me to visit that trendy coffee shop in Bloomfield. It’s not a Starbucks but it’s well known, too. I can have a fancy coffee (latte) and read the sports page of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and maybe write another post for the blog; because tomorrow it’s back to the employment and training center and the continuous, disheartening search for a job.
