Crock Pot Cooking With Garlic

Today was a beautiful and sunny summer-like day in Pittsburgh for blogging, writing and walking.  Before I went walking I put on my crock pot.

The soup I made several days ago in the crock pot was so good that I decided to make soup again.  I used six boneless beef chunks and store bought beef stock.  No diced onions this time but I diced a green pepper and put that in and I added something new: diced fresh garlic.

I don’t know how the soup will turn out.  It’s still cooking.  When the soup is done I’ll dump in a can of drained and already cooked diced carrots.  I’ve already added seasoning: onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and something called Soul Seasoning.  When the soup cools I’ll refrigerate it and it should be perfect in a couple of days when I run out of the old soup.

Soup is the perfect food to prepare by crock pot.
