Another great blog. Your tips are awesome. I am putting together a site that is designed to help get aspiring writer’s to get their pens moving a bit…Perhaps you could stop by and spread some of your wisdom?
Either way…keep ‘em comin’ here.
Cheers.

I truly appreciate your compliment on the story “Writer’s Block”.

That’s exactly what I meant when I said describe what you see around you. You invariably end up with a good piece! Simple yet complex. Great piece!

Whirlwind of emotion:
Actually, I do have a true story to tell. Just go to the sidebar on the right under “Great Flash Fiction Stories To Tell” and scan down until you come to “Writer’s Block”. It’s a true story.

That’s not necessarily a bad thing! An anecdote to recount!

Whirlwind of emotions:
When I’m stuck with writer’s block I do feel if I just describe what’s going on around me something will catch fire.

Right now I’m drinking lots of beer and getting lots of sleep. Oh, yes, and writing an article about writer’s block.

Haha there’s more.
Think about giving up writing. A stream of thoughts usually erupts out of fear. If not, write a blog on quitting.
Describe what you see around you. It usually inspires one to come up with a good fiction piece.
