Governor Palin has handed in her resignation for the office of Governor of Alaska.  I’m no Republican; but what is she thinking?  In politics you need a power base.  Now where is her power base?  Of course the mainstream media repeated her reasons that she was facing too many legal battles to do with ethics and wanted to leave the governorship in order to work better for the American people.

But if you read between the lines, either she was pushed out or she has just committed political suicide.
