Blogging as self-analysis.  Not a strange idea.  Even when a writer writes about others the very things that the writer points out are the things the writer is concerned about.  This tells the reader about the writer as surely as if the writer was asked, “Tell me about yourself”.

Actually, it’s more revealing because the writer assumes the reader is paying attention to who is being written about and not paying too much attention to who is doing the writing.

In this sense this may mean that blogging is about the blogger trying to heal the blogger…
