It’s Rigatoni For Supper Today

After a full day of blogging and nothing to eat it’s time (4:30 p.m.) for supper.  I love crock pot cooking but not on this lovely, summer’s day in Pittsburgh.

I did some shopping today and picked up a box of rigatoni.  I cooked my sauce yesterday.  It’s been sitting overnight in the refrigerator.  It should be ready.  I think it’s true that the sauce taste better the next day.  In the sauce is plenty of ground beef, plenty of chunky pieces of green pepper, small diced pieces of fresh garlic and a can of spaghetti sauce.

Excuse me.  It’s time to boil the water for the rigatoni.

  1. Visual – I get it. Still don’t like the taste. My partner has been bunging it in to her pasta sauces for 21 years. She won’t stop. I eat it.

  2. You know…I hate green peppers in my sauce. Red is so much the superior. ;)
