If you are a blogger/writer and you blog long enough you can bet you will have writer’s block some time in your writing career.
The best cure is to continue to live your life and keep writing. You say you can’t keep writing because that’s the problem? Well, write an article or a short story about it. I did.
After several days of not being able to come up with a new piece of flash fiction, I took my notebook and ink pens down to the Panther Hollow Inn here in the Oakland neighborhood of the city near the University of Pittsburgh and had a few beers while sitting at the bar trying to come up with a story idea. Writer’s Block is what I came up with. The story is 95% true. About the only thing I changed was the name of the protagonist who happened to be me.
