Andy Warhol said that in the future everyone would be famous for 15 minutes. He was right. Andy was a local boy. Lived and grew up in the Pittsburgh area. His prediction has come true in several ways. And sometimes if you are lucky, savvy and good your 15 minutes can last a lot longer than 15 minutes.
You could put up a video on YouTube and get your 15 minutes that way. Later this year, if you are a woman who lives in Pittsburgh, you could appear nude in the Pittsburgh Flash Fiction Gazette, make some money and get your 15 minutes that way. (Ladies, you would not have to use your real names but you would have to prove that you live or at least go to school in Pittsburgh).
Or, if you get published in the Pittsburgh Flash Fiction Gazette you can make some money and get your 15 minutes of fame that way.
