Hello, bloggers, readers and writers from all over the world.  It was another summer-like day in Pittsburgh.

The Old Soldier went to karaoke last Friday at Del’s in Bloomfield.  A good time was had by all.  I live in Oakland near the University of Pittsburgh.  Del’s is a fifteen-minute walk from my apartment.  I love living near a world-class university, but I have more fun in Bloomfield, Pittsburgh’s “Little Italy”.

When karaoke is good enough, it is performance art.
