Well, it’s time for the Old Soldier to take a break. I’ve done a little apartment cleaning. I’ve done my breathing and stretching exercises. I had a bowl of fried rice and chicken. And this is my second post for the day and it’s not even 1:00 p.m.

It’s a beautiful sunny, warm day in Pittsburgh and I’m going to walk to the public library and return a book.
