The Old Soldier

Guy Hogan (The Old Soldier) is a Vietnam War Veteran.  He received his MFA in fiction writing from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006.  He took early retirement so that he could concentrate full-time on blogging and writing.  Flash fiction is his genre.

Mission Statement:

The Pittsburgh Flash Fiction Gazette endeavors to be a resource for bloggers and writers and to provide great flash fiction entertainment for readers.

At the same time, the magazine will work with creative writers to help them acquire the writing skills and confidence to successfully publish their short stories not only in the Pittsburgh Flash Fiction Gazette, but in other publications as well.
