You’ve got to let yourself go. Don’t worry about spelling. Don’t worry about proper grammar or punctuation. Once you get a good idea, you are in a race against time. Don’t even worry if you’re writing that first draft and that good idea that you had at the beginning changes into another idea. Just keep writing.
Then, when you are all written out, sit back. There will be plenty of time to write a second draft. But know you’ve got something to work with.
Let me put it this way. When a woman is giving birth to a baby and the baby’s head appears, you don’t ask that woman what she wants to name the baby. There will be plenty of time for naming the baby later.
A flash fiction story contains all the elements of a regular-length story.
