It has always been my contention that no matter how sexually explicit a short story is, if it’s good enough it is art.

Hello, fans of this magazine from all over the world.  I know my readers are open-minded about sexuality in the flash fiction short story; but did you know that this magazine has one of the best collections of flash fiction about sex on the Internet?

Yes, these stories are the Old Soldier’s personal collection.  And I tried to use all my skills to present stories full of specific concrete details, believable characters and story lines with authentic dialogue. 

I took extra care with my female characters.  If I’m not mistaken, women are usually the protagonists in these stories.  I hope these stories present their female characters in a sympathetic light.  I hope they come across as real women who for one reason or another find themselves in situations that leave their bodies exhausted from sexual pleasure.  Numerous commentaries are included with the fiction.

How Long Does A Woman’s Orgasm Last? by The Love Doctor

An orgasm is a natural response to heightened sexual arousal. According to research, the female orgasm can last between 10 and 30 seconds depending on its intensity and number of contractions. These contractions can be finished within four seconds or last up to fifteen seconds. According to research, the contractions of an orgasm occur at intervals of 0.8 seconds. After a woman has become sexually aroused, the muscles in her pelvic area as well as those throughout her body may start to contract.

 
In order for a woman to experience orgasm during intercourse, her clitoris must be stimulated. Just like the penis, the clitoris is filled with blood and becomes erect when you are sexually aroused. The clitoral orgasm is more intense and more similar to the male orgasm; whereas the vaginal orgasm is more feminine in nature, more wavelike and can last for a long time and then repeat as research has confirmed. A woman can have a series of vaginal orgasms, but usually only one or two clitoral orgasms.
 

A Woman Having An Orgasm

Another study found that when a woman’s breasts are stimulated during foreplay and intercourse or just the simple act of having her breasts fondled, she may experience mild to intense orgasms.  It takes many women far longer than men to become fully aroused – as long as a half-hour in many cases.

 
California sexologists William Hartman and Marilyn Fithian monitored over 20,000 orgasms and found that it takes an average of twenty minutes for women to reach orgasm in the laboratory.  “For many women, it can take up to a half-hour or more of sustained stimulation to move into orgasmic range.”
 
Another study found that approximately 10% of women never experience orgasm. 
 
“The ability to have an orgasm may change with a woman’s hormones or level of stress,” according to The Clitoral Truth by Rebecca Chalker.

The shot was shaky.  Through the lens of the video camera a swollen penis was being repeatedly plunged into a vagina, the woman’s legs wide open as she laid on her back with her butt near the edge of the foot of a bed.  Her vagina was shaved.

The camera moved up to the woman’s face.  She was looking down at her vagina, her breasts bouncing.

The sound track was full of the heavy breathing of this man and woman.  Then the woman moaned, “I’m going to cum.  I’m going to cum…”

Later, the man put the video camera down and he said, “That was hot.  I think we just paid off six more months of our mortgage.”

“Honey, you really think so?”

“Let’s put it up and find out.”
