Batman Wraps Up Shooting In Pittsburgh

Production of the “Dark Knight Rising” has wrapped and is moving on to Hollywood. The local media reported that downtown streets were covered in fake snow for several shots and the production company took out an overhead street light; but other than a few other minor glitches (a stuntwoman sitting in for Catwoman on the Bat motorcycle took out a camera) all is now quiet in Gotham City.
I’ve written before how Batman is such a great protagonist. Talk about issues. The man has a few bats lose in the belfry; but he’s still a good guy.
So, when you’re writing your flash fiction stories, if you can give your protagonist a dark side it will make him or her more interesting. Just make sure that there is more good than bad in your protagonist (unless you want the majority of your readers to root against your protagonist and that may not get your work many readers–I know there are exceptions to the rule but…).
