Okay.  We got ourselves a good topic here; but remember, this blog is about writing short stories.  So, what happens in a short story when a husband cannot make his wife cum?  This situation is a great situation for a short story writer.  Let’s say the couple is very much in love.

We are talking drama here, people.

Let’s turn up the heat.  The wife wants to have orgasms with her husband.  Her desire for passionate sex is one of the reasons why she got married; but she married her husband because she thought he was a good man and he loved her.  No, they did not have sex before marriage.  She’s an old fashion girl.

This is a great story line.

The point of this posts is that short stories are about drama.  The higher the drama the more intense the reading experience for the reader.  Now don’t get me wrong.  Every story you write cannot be high drama.  Most of the stories you write will be low drama.  Most of the stories that I write are low drama.

Just internalize the fact that fiction is drama.  No drama, you don’t have a story.
