The Dark Side Of Women Doing Porn by The Love Doctor

Most girls who enter the porn industry do one video and quit. The experience is so painful, horrifying, embarrassing, humiliating for them that they never do it again.” Luke Ford, quoted by CBS News.

According to statistics, 750,000 women in the U.S alone have done explicit sex films for money. Then add to the rest of the countries producing porn and that figure is huge, which means that 1 in 200 (0.5%) of women have done some type of porn in their lifetime. There is a constant stream of porn-type sites and Asian porn available on the Internet: there are a number of them in Japan. Most of the performers are attractive eighteen-year-old girls who start out dancing in a nude bar and escorting. On the other hand, there are some women who aren’t too thrilled with the idea. After doing a porn scene, some claimed they felt depressed and empty inside, but they still did it for the money. While some women enjoy sex and gang bang crazy types of porn, others find it degrading and morally corrupt. While there are many porn stars who make it in the business, there are other women who don’t feel comfortable being asked to perform things such as gang rape scenes, anal sex, lesbian action and other sexual taboos that men often fantasize about.

After doing some research, I found that most women in the porn industry tend to enjoy sex more than women who aren’t in the business. The same research found that women who enjoy being in movies or porn videos were  sexually molested and abused as children.  For example, the top porn-star in the world, Jenna Jameson, was gang raped as a teenager and molested by her uncle. She comes from an unstable family without a mother and an abusive father. It’s evident that many women who do porn suffered some psychological trauma in their childhood or while they were growing up. Porn is what it is. Many people, men and women, are visually stimulated by erotic images and there is a huge consumer market for it.

Why Is The PFF Gazette Covering The Adult Industry?

Brianna Frost Hogan

The porn industry is big news.  It is larger than the movie and the music industries combined.  In the United States it entices thousands of women every day to be filmed or taped having sex.  That to me is news.

And then there is the age-old argument of whether or not porn can ever be art.  Well, it obviously is entertainment.

As the editor, publisher of the Pittsburgh Flash Fiction Gazette, I want to cover not only the things that everyone else covers but also the things that they do not cover.  That brings in readers.  I only cover the amateurs, the women who are doing their first on up to around their fifth porn video.  They are not acting.

But I want to cover porn as a legitimate form of entertainment.  Many, many millions of men and women in the United States buy and watch porn.  As an older, heterosexual male I’m trying to get my mind around why so many attractive, articulate and in many cases  well-educated young  (and not so young women) volunteer to have their bodies ravished on camera.  And there are two things that I have found out: they do not feel they are being ravished but are giving as good as they get; or, they like being ravished.  What other publication will offer that insight to you?

By the way, my niece Brianna Frost Hogan is a well-know webcam stripper who performs sex acts on herself and has recently begun to perform fellatio on her own website.  She makes a lot of money from thousands of subscribers.  Last time I checked it was $20.00 a subscription.  That’s $20.00 every month per subscription.  I’m only guessing but I figure she has thousands of subscribers.  Young women in porn on the internet is not an abstraction to me.

Isn’t it time we admit to ourselves that we (or at least millions upon millions of us) like porn?

Once again, this magazine is definitely not for everyone.  But maybe it’s just right for you.

Women Who Watch Porn by The Love Doctor

One out of every three online buyers of porn are women, which means that there are millions of women in America viewing erotica on a regular basis. Oprah Winfrey.

“There is still a double-standard that the porn industry is all run by men, and not very good men,” said King, who is vice president of special projects at major adult film company Wicked Pictures. Ian Kerner, a sex therapist and New York Times best-selling author says that more women are using porn to get themselves in the mood for sex or to enjoy their sexuality on their own. “There are women who crave for some voyeuristic pleasure in the bedroom, so they’re using porn as a marital aid,” said Stormy Daniel, an American porn-actress and screen producer. In addition, women place a high importance on feeling wanted and desired. Men, on the other hand, are visual creatures and don’t need to feel desired at all in order to feel aroused research indicates. Secondly, women use porn to learn new sexual techniques and how to apply them in the bedroom. In “A Billion Wicked Thoughts,” released on May, 2011, neuroscientists Ogi Ogas and Sai Gaddam said that the female sexual brain is like a detective agency.

A woman wants to know there’s going to be repeated action, that he’s committed and is going to be coming back for more.”

In other words, women are interested in seeing female characters with average looks rather than some bimbo with blonde bleached hair and fake boobs. Women who watch porn do so because they’re interested in the storyline behind the characters and the romantic aspects of their relationship. Most women crave love and want to feel desired by their partners. While men are only interested in the physical aspects of the sex act, women tend to place a higher priority on all the senses as a whole. As a result, they can become highly aroused by images of couples engaging in intimacy, sexual passion and desire. For some women, watching porn can be an erotic experience because it allows them to become familiar with their own sexual responses. On the other hand, watching porn together as a couple can strengthen your marriage bonds because it triggers the release of serotonin and dopamine that train your body to remember what it felt like the first time you made passionate love. And while there are women who find porn offensive, there are others who enjoy watching the action and picturing themselves in the scene.

A man from Canada shares his story.

“I had a blast Saturday night! I was with a woman this past weekend who I had been seeing on and off for several months now. I cooked her dinner.”  Around 11pm, she told him she was in the mood to watch porn. She went into the amateur couple category and shared some of her fantasies with him. For some women, watching someone get turned on is a huge turn-on.

A woman in Kansas shares her story with the rest of the world.

“My man travels several days a week so I do watch porn by myself. It does keep my sanity and no one wants to kill me for being too bitchy.”
