The Old Soldier knows a lot about crock pot cooking. I have said it once and I will say it again. The crock pot is a great invention. Throw in your meat, vegetables and seasoning and forget about it.
Hello, my brother and sister bloggers, readers and writers. It’s around 8:00 PM, a mostly cloudy day no higher than around 60.
I hope everyone is doing fine. I’m at my workstation tweeting and inter acting with my writing community at Triond. This is the first I’ve had a chance to do any blogging.

Time To Go Vegetarian Again
The Old Soldier is feeling guilty after several days of chowing down on a corned beef brisket, fish and cheese.
So it’s back to eating vegetarian for a few days. I have plenty of dry goods (spaghetti, beans and noodles) in the apartment, but maybe I should take a walk to Bloomfield (Little Italy) and buy some fresh vegetables. Maybe it’s time to get back to eating salads.

Even though the high will be in the low 40s today, there will be plenty of sunshine. I’m look forward to getting in a good walk and visiting the public library.
